Yoga & Hormone Balance


Yoga is very helpful during times of hormonal changes.

A regular hatha yoga and/or yin yoga practice has a balancing effect on hormones already.

On top of a regular (more yin orientated) yoga practice there are postures, ways of breathing, meditations and visualizations that work more specific on the endocrine system and feminine hormone balance and specific topics related to imbalances in these hormones.

I can support you with these insights and methods in private yoga sessions.
